Key Responsibilities

• Complete portfolio investment performance computations and related analyses and reporting.
• Maintain accurate composite data and produce reporting for prospects, consultants, and clients.
• Collaborate with administrators, custodians, and middle-office for performance reconciliations.
• Contribute to the design and execution of workflow enhancements for efficient processes.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new tools and processes for client requests.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external parties to resolve issues.

Required Experience

• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in the asset management industry.
• Direct experience with performance calculations and related analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Accounting or Finance concentration preferred).
• CFA or CIPM designation or progress towards is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; SQL and Python experience is a plus.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
