What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day front office operations
✅ Lead, train, and support a team of front desk staff
✅ Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, and insurance
✅ Ensure smooth communication between clinical and administrative teams
✅ Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for our patients
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of dental office management experience preferred
✔️ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️ Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar)
✔️ Experience with insurance benefits and claims
✔️ Detail-oriented, efficient, and calm under pressure
✔️ A team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the workplace
