Position Title: General Labor

Wage: $18/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 5am-3:30pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring a General Laborer for a company in Delavan, WI. This is a temporary role.

General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Material handling 
- General clean-up and housekeeping 
- Assistance in production on the hammer crew; de-burring 
- Retrieve and put away tooling 
- Follow company manufacturing and production processes, procedures, and policies

General Labor Requirements:
- Able to lift/and or move more than 75 pounds
- Hand-eye coordination and endurance
- Able to walk, stand for long periods of time
- Able to kneel, bend, twist, push, pull, stoop, crouch, and climb throughout the day
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision and color vision 
- Good communication skills 
- Able to work independently and with a team
