Prior experience must include three (3) years (with Master’s) or five (5) years (with Bachelor’s) in the following: working on global initiatives involving leadership development for a corporate organization in the financial services industry, including experience with project planning, resources prioritization, stakeholder management, timeline management, budgeting, and vendor management; advising senior leaders on leadership development within the organization, including building rapport and trusted relationships, asking effective coaching questions, active listening, providing leadership advice, challenging leaders to stretch their thinking, and delivering difficult messages when necessary; designing leadership program for senior leaders, including identifying program participants, defining participants’ learning needs, structuring and planning participants’ program and event experience, and generating original teaching content; administering and interpreting personality and leadership assessment profiles including Hogan Assessments, and debriefing the results of the assessment with senior leaders; building trusted working relationships with internal (such as human resources) and external (such as vendor) counterparts, including solving problems across functions, adapting to different work styles, conflict resolution and demonstrating emotional intelligence; and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide assessment data analysis and summaries of leadership development initiatives, including developing clear and concise assessment reports and presentations in both verbal and written format.
