Job Description

The Connected Commerce , Wallets and Lending organization is a motivated, forward-thinking team comprised of high talent product managers with a singular focus of delivering innovative services via the most important platforms of today and tomorrow. You will be responsible for improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You will work on multiple projects and new product builds and be an active participant in planning sessions to analyze technical requirements and perform manual and automation testing.

As a User Acceptance Testing Senior Associate in our Digital Wallets team, you will be responsible for improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience and outcome through your active participation in planning sessions, technical requirement analysis, and both manual and automated testing. You will work on User Acceptance Testing in accordance with approved test plans and research unexpected results, on-going Agile project review and training to ensure positive customer experience and outcome.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute software automation solutions with a focus on end-to-end user acceptance testing & quality assurance, ensuring high product quality and a strong product sense.
  • Automate and maintain regression suites test suites using Java/ Cucumber /Selenium, REST Assured and Python-based frameworks such PyTest for both UI and API-level validation.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall testing operations.
  • Understand customer requirements and outline testing artifacts such as test plans, test cases, test data, reports, and traceability matrices.
  • Execute functional, regression, and mobile tests to ensure application quality across platforms.
  • Continually review and add to existing test packs.
  • Monitor and report testing defects, manage the re-testing process, and validate test results for internal sign-off.
  • Work with subject matter experts and technical development team to define and execute testing strategies.
  • Report to all Quad and produce summary of test estimation and results.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing within the financial services industry.
  • Strong functional knowledge of the Payments domain, including Credit Card Payments, Third Party Wallets, or Tokenization.
  • Hands-on experience with Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test automation using Python (PyTest) and Java, with experience in selenium and cucumber/Gherkin for scalable, BDD-driven UI & functional testing.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project principles & iterative delivery practices including CI/CD.
  • Proficiency in mobile automation testing using devices and simulators.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze detailed business requirements.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Independently design, develop, test, and deliver test automation solutions supporting UAT and Product quality.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, JMeter and Figma.
  • Experience with working in Python, Java & JavaScript.
  • Passion for online and mobile technology, with knowledge of industry trends and influential companies.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
  • Strong time management skills: efficient at multi-tasking and able to work under pressure.
