Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 + Bonus

Location:  Uptown Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Systems Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Administrator to join their team!

This is a dynamic opportunity to join an experienced IT team supporting a fast-paced environment within the oil and gas industry. As a Systems Administrator , you’ll play a hands-on role providing both local and remote technical support for office and field operations, including headquarters, regional branches, and remote field sites. This position combines help desk support, desktop troubleshooting, and systems administration within an operationally critical and field-centric energy environment. Responsibilities:

• 
  
  

  Deliver responsive, hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across office and remote field users.

  
  



• 
  
  

  Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of problems including system crashes, remote access failures, network slowdowns, and software errors—especially within SCADA, GIS, and other energy-sector platforms.

  
  



• 
  
  

  Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, field-ready mobile devices, and rugged hardware while adhering to cybersecurity and IT policies.

  
  

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 
  
  

  3+ years of experience in a similar IT support or systems administrator role.

  
  



• 
  
  

  Prior experience in oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing environments.

  
  



• 
  
  

  Strong technical background in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.

  
  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 
  
  

  Familiarity with SCADA systems, GIS tools, or field data platforms used in energy or industrial environments.

  
  



• 
  
  

  Knowledge of VPNs, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools.

  
  



• 
  
  

  IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
