Collaborate closely with eCommerce Business teams, Program Management, Infrastructure Operations, and Solution Architects. BE THE ISLAND GUIDE Strategic Planning & Architecture Define and develop the strategic roadmap for eCommerce systems with cross-functional teams. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions, including system architecture, designs, data models, and processes. Ensure solutions align with standards for security, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Contribute to enterprise architecture standards and governance. Solution Delivery Manage technical components throughout the project lifecycle-from planning to operations. Oversee technical deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency. Contribute to development activities, including coding, testing, and documentation. Partner with Program Management for estimating and planning. Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to determine system requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor technical team members, providing coaching and feedback. Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards. Define staffing needs and assist in recruiting. Vendor & System Optimization Liaise with vendors on system updates and patches. Identify gaps in third-party solutions and develop in-house tools or reports. Additional Responsibilities Act as a role model and champion company values and culture. Perform tasks supporting broader initiatives. ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE Education and Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field. Experience and Skills 10+ years designing and maintaining enterprise-scale solutions. 5+ years in eCommerce systems. 3+ years managing technical teams. 5+ years working with SAP Commerce Cloud. Experience with enterprise tools and technologies. Experience managing third-party vendors. Experience extending packaged eCommerce applications. Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus.
