As a **Security Professional - Retail Patrol** in **SALINAS, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a retail or mall location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. As this is primarily a driving post, you will conduct routine patrols by vehicle, remain visible throughout the property, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Our team values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and working together with integrity to support a positive atmosphere. **Position Type: Part Time** **Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Tue08:00 PM - 04:00 AM Wed08:00 PM - 04:00 AM **Responsibilities:** + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter.
