Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide virtual behavioral support for a K12 school district in Barrow, Alaska (ZIP: 99723) for the full 20252026 school year. This is a full-time, teletherapy-based role that offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact on students development.

Caseload: K12
Service Delivery: Teletherapy
Time Zone Requirement: Must be available during Alaska Daylight Time (ADT) hours
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA certification
Previous experience providing virtual services in a school setting preferred
Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate home office setup
Must successfully pass background check, fingerprinting, drug screening, and tech screening
