We currently manage 5.6 million square feet of warehouse space, strategically located throughout the US, with facilities in Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL, N. Monroe, NJ; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; and Laredo, TX.
We’re looking for a Safety, OSHA, and Quality Manager to join our operations team with network-wide coverage across our warehouse and distribution centers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining OSHA compliance programs, food safety systems, and quality management frameworks. You’ll lead initiatives that protect people, maintain product standards, and align safety and quality goals with operational success. This role manages two direct reports and requires up to 40% travel to support all Source Logistics facilities.
Lead the development and improvement of Source Logistics’ safety management system (SMS)
Conduct OSHA and food safety audits across multiple warehouse locations
Maintain OSHA logs, injury reports, training records, and regulatory documentation
Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs)
Facilitate regular safety meetings and employee safety engagement activities
Oversee quality standards and warehouse SOPs across all sites
Monitor inbound/outbound product handling accuracy and minimize damage
Standardize processes for inspection, quality checks, and reporting KPIs
Support cross-functional teams in audits, customer compliance, and continuous improvement projects
Manage two direct reports and field-level safety/quality team members
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Operations, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance processes
Experience with ISO, FDA, GMP, or other quality frameworks
Experience managing audits, safety logs, and corrective action plans
Proficient in Microsoft Office, audit platforms, and EHS/QMS tools
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
OSHA 30-hour Certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher)
Experience using WMS, ERP, or EHS software
Background in food & beverage logistics preferred
