Job Description
You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals, helping them navigate their financial journeys with innovative, personalized solutions. You'll play a key role in offering residential HELOCs and other financial products, using your consultative sales skills and newly-acquired mortgage knowledge to support clients in achieving their goals. Your efforts will help them transition from just surviving to thriving financially.
What You'll Do:
Assess applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility
Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the application process
Assist clients with completing mortgage applications and collecting necessary documentation for mortgage approval
Utilize various systems, including the Loan Origination System, CRM, and credit vendor systems, to manage the entire mortgage process
Stay in regular communication with clients, prospects, and third-party vendors, providing follow-up support throughout the mortgage process
Obtain and maintain state and federal mortgage licenses within the first 45 days
Qualifications:
Must be a resident of Arizona
Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate it
Successful completion of the SAFE exam
At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending
Eligible to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements, including pre-license education, testing, and background checks
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a positive, competitive attitude
