You'll also support our digital marketing efforts by maintaining website content, assisting with social media, and tracking performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for marketing project requests, serving as the central point of contact for teams across the organization. Ensure project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Oversee marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless workflow management, timely execution, and adherence to deadlines. Track project progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and proactively manage expectations.
  • Assist with the design and layout of marketing materials using templates, and work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, printers, and other partners to coordinate assignments, review deliverables, and ensure all materials align with project goals and brand standards.
  • Proofread marketing collateral and oversee approval processes to maintain consistency with company branding, messaging, and visual guidelines.
  • Work closely with website partners to oversee updates, ensuring photography, copy, and resources remain accurate and engaging.
  • Track key performance metrics, compiling and updating marketing dashboards monthly to provide insights into campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist with social media monitoring and post scheduling, as well as provide support for general office functions as needed.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
  • Proactive and progress-driven, with proven experience in fast-paced project management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with experience working with vendors and marketing agencies.
  • Keen eye for design and appealing visuals, with experience using graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using website content management systems to update copy and photography.

Benefits:

  • Medical/Dental/Vision
  • Employer Match Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Education Assistance Programs
  • Employer Paid Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance/Counseling Program
  • Bi-Weekly Payroll/Direct Deposit
