Griffin Resources is recruiting on behalf of Heinemann Americas, Inc. located in Coral Gables, FL.

Position Summary:

The Business IT Analyst supports the Information Technology needs of Heinemann Americas, Inc. in close collaboration with the corporate IT department located in Hamburg, Germany. The position extends the IT coverage as described below. Heinemann Americans, Inc. utilizes SAP as its primary business operating platform; this position requires entry level SAP experience and know-how with technical understanding of IT hardware and networking.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effectively work with business and IT team to prioritize and plan implementation of changes
• Consult with business users to interpret and understand issues, apply expertise to recommend appropriate solutions and analyze existing system applications. This will include interpreting, analyzing and documenting requirements to issues raised by various persons within the organization
• Provide day to day end user support, resolve incidents, and escalate to our IT department as needed.
• Execute tactical plan of action for prioritized IT projects that support strategic business goals
• Provide functional and technical training to end users
• Support for individuals and teams with hardware, software, networking and connectivity requirements with IT infrastructure
• Document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket troubleshooting etc.
• Ability to push back on the business when changes have impacts and would result in negative impacts
• Analyze, review and document processes and procedures and determine any process improvement opportunities to utilize SAP and other software functionality

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in an IT Analyst support role
• Experience with ITIL (IT Service Management) processes and technology support in an enterprise environment
• Domain knowledge of business process within SAP with utilization of SAP ECC6 or S4
• Experience with Supply Chain (i.e. procurement, sales, and logistics) support in an IT enabled environment
• Experience with technical set up of networking, computer hardware, and connectivity
• Bachelor and/or Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), Business Administration or related field (Computer Science Preferred)
• Intermediate to Expert level SQL knowledge
• Experience working with business or functional users to interpret their requirements into technical processes
• Highly process oriented and solid understanding of software with knowledge of business process mapping and modeling
• Strong knowledge in Relational Data Modeling concepts and Object-Oriented Data Models
• Understanding of software development life cycle and agile principles
