  • Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience "Giga Projects/ Massive Hiring numbers".
  • Familiarity with Social Media, Resume Databases, and Professional Networks.
  • Experience working with the Saudi market.
  • Experience in follow-ups until the candidate joins.
  • Strong at sourcing and technology knowledge/awareness.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers/technical panels.
  • Independently able to handle weekday/weekend virtual business needs.
  • Minimum availability at least 28 hours per week.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
