Executive/Personal Assistant – Senior Executive, Investment Firm

 

A wonderful, long-standing professional services firm in Great Neck Long Island is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to support a senior executive of the firm

$75-90k base + discretionary bonus + benefits!

The firm offers a collaborative company culture with amazing tenure among its employees. Seeking someone team oriented, proactive, organized, a critical thinker/inquisitive mind, and tech savvy!

 

Typical hours are 9am-5pm, the firm is currently on a hybrid schedule 4 days in office/1 remote

Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Management of personal & business calendars - scheduling meetings and prioritizing the executives time.
• Answering all phone calls and emails with the utmost professionalism
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, booking travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries, etc), dinners etc. 
• Handling all expense reports on behalf of the executive
• Personal work include tax filings, gifting, donations, coordinating with personal staff and properties

 

Requirements: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• 3+ years of EA experience, preferably in finance, legal, professional services
