Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Electrical Designer with strong experience in industrial electrical design and drafting. This role involves creating detailed layouts, one-line diagrams, substation designs, and integrating electrical systems into 3D models. Candidates should have a solid grasp of the NEC, electrical calculations, and material take-offs.
Key Skills:
10+ years electrical design/drafting experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEVA/E3D, NavisWorks
Strong knowledge of NEC, MCCs, substation layouts, and cable routing
Experience with IFD, IFC, and As-Built drawingsEPC and prefab substation design experience preferred
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong MS Office skills
Willing to visit job sites and fabrication shops
