Under the supervision of the Assistant Commissioner of EEO, Diversity and Inclusion, and the Deputy EEO Officer, the EEO Investigator will support the agency's goals by conducting investigations of discrimination and sexual harassment complaints, handling requests for reasonable accommodations, preparing reports, and providing training on EEO and Diversity initiatives. Responsibilities include: Developing investigative plans, including witness interviews and document requests. Interviewing witnesses thoroughly. Writing investigative reports and making recommendations. Managing investigation caseloads. Collaborating with partners on investigations. Assisting in developing and delivering EEO and Diversity & Inclusion training, ensuring materials are current. Performing other duties to comply with EEO regulations and policies.
