Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Analyst / Associate to support our global real estate team. This individual will assist in managing real estate transactions across our global portfolio, with a focus on lease renewals, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience to develop a well-rounded understanding of corporate real estate strategy, transactions, and operations. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, proactive communicator, and strong collaborator who thrives in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support : Assist in managing lease renewals, expansions, consolidations, and exits across global offices. Support due diligence, timeline tracking, and transaction documentation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Analysis : Prepare financial models and summaries to evaluate lease terms and support real estate decision-making. Coordinate with finance teams to track budgets, rent forecasts, and lease-related costs.
  • Market Research : Gather and interpret market data from brokers and internal sources to benchmark real estate costs and assess local conditions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with legal, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure alignment on transaction requirements and approvals. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external brokers.
  • Portfolio Reporting : Maintain and update key real estate trackers, lease databases, and approval logs. Prepare materials for leadership updates and strategic presentations.
  • Compliance & Documentation : Ensure lease documentation, approvals, and supporting materials are organized, accurate, and aligned with internal compliance standards.
  • Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve reporting, communication, and real estate workflows. Support implementation of best practices across the team.
  • Vendor Coordination : Support the day-to-day management of brokers, landlords, and consultants involved in real estate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate real estate, finance, consulting, or a related business function.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially with Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from and support a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with lease terms, budgeting, or real estate systems (e.g., Archibus, CoStar, ProLease) is a plus.
  • Global exposure or an interest in international real estate markets is a bonus.
