Our construction company is growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team. In this position, the Plumber will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of the plumbing systems in our commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
  • Respond to plumbing calls from our general contracting team
  • Install plumbing systems in new construction and rehab properties
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, ladders, reach, twist, sit, and walk. Work overtime and weekend's when necessary.
  • Knowledge of testing plumbing systems to identify leaks.
  • Adhere to current rules and regulations related to plumbing so that systems pass inspection the first time

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repairs of plumbing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • One year experience in the Plumbing trade
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean criminal record
  • Able to perform physical activities that require use of arms and legs (i.e. climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling of materials)
