Designed to support: Individuals with resilience-building tools, upskilling, and real-time AI-powered personal coaching. Organizations with detecting risks by analyzing employee-job mismatches across six key areas: workload, control, rewards, community, fairness, and values, providing organizational and team-level insights, tools, and frameworks. Market Opportunity: Companies are increasingly investing in solutions to address mental health as a way to boost productivity and retention. The global corporate wellness market is expected to grow to $97 billion by 2027. Our initial target will be SMEs; HR teams, business leaders, managers, and employees. Solution: AI-driven coaching, insights, and a gamified wellness application to drive behavioral change at both individual and organizational levels. Co-Founder - CTO Accountable for: Designing and building the technical architecture of the platform. Background: Experience as a senior engineer or technical co-founder in a SaaS startup or similar product. Expertise: AI/ML for analyzing behavioral data and generating insights. Proficiency: SaaS architecture and scalable cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience: Integrating APIs for seamless tool compatibility (e.g., Slack, Teams, Outlook). Role & Responsibilities: Product Development & Architecture: Lead the development of the Noorish platform, designing a scalable, AI-driven coaching, gamification, and insights tool. AI & Machine Learning Integration: Implement AI/ML algorithms to personalize coaching, identify burnout risk factors, and optimize interventions. Gamification & Behavioral Science: Incorporate gamification principles to enhance engagement and encourage positive workplace habits. Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Team Building & Management: Build and lead a technical team as the company grows. Security & Data Privacy: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaboration with Business Functions: Work closely with the CEO (business co-founder) to align technical development with market needs, customer feedback, and business strategy. What You Bring: Technical Expertise: Strong background in AI/ML, full-stack development, and cloud technologies. Experience in coaching, HR tech, or wellness platforms is a plus. Product Vision: Customer-obsessed, and able to translate customer insights and business needs into scalable technical solutions. Startup Mentality: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a hands-on approach.
