Job Description

Our Client is a privately held real estate investment and development firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence. We take pride in our high-quality and diverse portfolio of assets. We are currently seeking a strategic and highly organized Chief of Staff to serve as a key partner to our CEO. This individual will act as a force multiplier, ensuring that the CEO's time, priorities, and initiatives are aligned to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

The Chief of Staff will serve as the right hand to the CEO, overseeing daily operations, managing high-level administrative tasks, and coordinating cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s schedule and communications, facilitating executive meetings, tracking progress on key initiatives, and providing informed recommendations to support business decisions. The role requires strong document and financial oversight, including preparing presentations and reviewing invoices in the context of overall budgets and contracts. This individual must be comfortable handling confidential matters and acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in executive support or Chief of Staff roles, with a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of discretion, initiative, and professionalism. This is a dynamic, hands-on position best suited for someone who is deeply organized, forward-thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships are essential. Candidates must be able to commute easily to Scotch Plains, NJ and be ready to contribute meaningfully to the continued success and momentum of our organization.
