Salary / Bonus: $50,000 - $85,000 per year. 
iCRYO is an upscale wellness service retailer of Cryotherapy, Photobiomodulation Therapy, Infrared Sauna Therapy, Body Sculpting, IV Infusion Therapy and other related services. Position Overview: 
The Center Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their iCRYO center, ensuring high standards of service, team performance, and revenue generation. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to coach and hold Lifestyle Specialists (your team) accountable for delivering exceptional customer experiences and closing appropriate Wellness Plans.
The ideal candidate should be action oriented, sales driven, ambitious, display leadership, a great cultural fit, upbeat, confident, honest, detail and goal oriented.  The person will identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and embody our Core Values. 
Qualifications: 
  • 2 - 5 years management experience with a high-volume service retailer or fitness center. 
  • Ability to work 40 - 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule including evenings weekends, and some holidays. 
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service and education to our guests. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Accountability
    • Directly supervise, coach, and hold Lifestyle Specialists accountable for:
      • Performing detailed client consultations and evaluations
      • Recommending and closing the appropriate Wellness Plan
      • Properly managing their Book of Business within the CRM system (Zoho and Zenoti)
      • Following up with clients and updating records on time
    • Conduct daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews with each Lifestyle Specialist to review progress, metrics, and development needs
    • Lead by example in delivering customer service, managing time effectively, and upholding company standards
  • Training & Development
    • Train new hires and existing team members on SOPs, Wellness Plan presentation, and CRM usage
    • Schedule and lead regular training sessions to improve team skills and drive consistency
    • Identify underperformance early and implement coaching plans with clear expectations and timelines
  • Operational Oversight
    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately logged and up to date in Zoho
    • Maintain 100% completeness for all active/engaged guests and ensure 90%+ completeness of missing records
    • Assign all active/engaged guests to Lifestyle Specialists’ Book of Business and monitor their follow-ups
    • Oversee center cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
  • Revenue & Performance Management
    • Monitor KPIs including revenue per Lifestyle Specialist, Wellness Plan conversion rates, client retention, and CRM compliance
    • Set weekly targets for team members and track progress against goals
    • Take proactive measures to drive center performance, including marketing initiatives and local community outreach
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Report center performance and team KPIs to Area Director weekly
    • Communicate any operational issues, staff concerns, or support needs in a timely and solution-oriented manner
