Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work hybrid  with our client in Iselin, NJ.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Develop, maintain, and automate performance dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth macroeconomic, industry/market, regional and competitive research to stay ahead of macro industry trends and inform strategic initiatives.
• Explore and recommend AI and digital transformation tools to improve efficiency, customer experience, and innovation.
• Craft compelling pitch decks, business proposals, and web content that align with brand voice and strategic market goals.
• Train and support team members on tools, processes, and best practices in analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

• Contributes to creative thinking and supporting the team, believes in a teamwork approach and in facilitating change.
• This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across reporting, data analytics, and content development.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $63.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week / 1 ST shift

Length: Temp (12 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data/Computer Science, Economics, Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and AI applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced software solutions, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, Tableau, Knime, Power Automate, Microsoft Suite (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in working with Artificial Intelligence technologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital trends, artificial intelligence (AI), and industry research to help inform and drive business decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to challenge oneself to learn new systems, software and online tools as will arise.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
