**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**
The role, reporting directly to the Head of Medicare Strategy & Core Operations, is a critical member of the Medicare Strategy team. Range of responsibilities include developing strategy, driving state-specific and product-specific Medicare growth strategies, leading high-priority projects as they are conceived and implemented throughout the Medicare Business Unit, generating local market insights, and supporting innovation. The role provides and requires extensive interaction with the executive leadership team..
**Required Experience**
- At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting post-MBA with Medicare Managed Care experience
- Strong quantitative aptitude and commercial acumen
- Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborator with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external resources

Pay Range: $161,914.25 - $315,733 / ANNUAL
