Responsibilities

Position Description

The Spitzer Lab in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting an Associate Specialist. Responsibilities include:

• Performing in vivo experiments in mouse models of cancer.
• Analyzing immune and stromal cells via flow cytometry.
• Leading independent research projects in cancer biology and immunology.
• Preparing scientific manuscripts and grant applications.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree or five to ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cancer-associated fibroblast biology and cancer immunology.
• Experience with mouse models of cancer and extensive flow cytometry expertise.
• Experience leading independent research projects and preparing scientific manuscripts and grants.

Salary range: $75,600 - $88,000. Apply online at .
