About You: You’re a licensed MD (recent graduates welcome) who’s driven not by managing disease but by truly solving it. Patients feel naturally at ease with you, and you're open to learning how to communicate medical insights with clarity, whether in person or online. You're excited to blend science, care, and innovation into your everyday work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Train directly under Dr. Goodenowe and immerse yourself in his clinical philosophy, research, and protocols. • Serve as a clinical consultant and medical director in the areas of: o Neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS) o Hormone optimization and longevity o Early identification and correction of prodromes • Provide direct patient care, consultations, and functional health evaluations. • Translate advanced diagnostics into personalized, actionable care plans. • Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with patients that promote long-term transformation. • Participate in patient outreach and support clinic marketing through a guided, professional social media presence (content creation, video insights, live sessions—with full coaching provided). • Travel monthly with Dr. Goodenowe to the Canada Restorative Health Center; occasional travel for conferences, training, or educational events. What We’re Looking For • Required: o MD with active license (or in process of obtaining) o Strong interest in functional, preventative, and restorative medicine o Eagerness to learn, question the norm, and innovate o Personable, grounded demeanor with strong communication skills o Willingness to grow in public speaking and video/media presence o Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment • Preferred/Bonus Qualifications: o Interest in metabolomics, neurology, hormone therapy, or preventive care o Familiarity with Dr. Goodenowe’s work and plasmalogen research o Experience in cash-pay, concierge, or integrative medicine settings

Competitive Compensation:

Starting salary of $220,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience), with growth potential into leadership or partnership as the clinic expands.
