Position Title: Administrative Service Coordinator
Location: Aurora, Colorado 80045
Length of Assignment: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Shift : 8H Days: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $23.00/hr. to $25.00/hr.
Required Job Qualifications:
EDUCATION – High School Diploma required, higher level of education preferred
EXPERIENCE – Two years of administrative and customer service experience
EQUIVALENCY – A relevant associate or bachelor degree may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis

Calendar Scheduling / Coordination
Calendar Management

Microsoft Team organization: Team organization or projects and tasks, timeline management
Make Resident Packets
Print, put together and keep inventory in clinic
Newsletter, coordination with marketing
PowerPoint creation, Visuals / informational packets
Resident / Trainee Educational packets
