Executive Assistant to the Presidents | TeleCloud

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 80–90% Remote)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $40,000–$44,000 base + performance bonus potential

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented  Administrative Assistant to support the President's Office. This is a key role, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, inboxes, meetings, and travel
• Draft, organize, and polish internal documents and customer-facing content
• Support team communication and department coordination
• Help track project deliverables
• Assist with onboarding & HR workflows

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Google Workspace + Microsoft Office
• CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
• Highly organized with strong follow-through

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in telecom, tech, or startups
• Previous Project Management experience
• Basic understanding of HR & finance processes
