Who You Will Be Working With

You will join a regional team that conducts oversight and internal investigations to uphold accountability within state-run programs. This office collaborates closely with others in the NYC area and provides support across multiple boroughs.

Major Duties

• Field incoming calls and assist with routing
• Track assignments and update incident systems
• Coordinate logistics for interviews and interrogations
• Scan, upload, and archive investigative materials
• Provide general support to field office staff
• Assist with document editing and formatting

What We Are Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High level of discretion with sensitive information
• Fast learner with high computer literacy
• Strong independent work ethic with team collaboration
• Typing speed of approximately 55 wpm
• Experience in government or compliance roles is a plus

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $21.00 /hour.
• Length of Engagement: Through March 31, 2026 ( with potential for further extension )
• Days/Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Queens Village, NY (Free parking)
